Subcontractors and vendors have an increasingly important part in the project delivery process. It is common for a large percentage of a project to be handled by subcontractors. It may even amount to virtually 100 percent of the project. It is essential for them to have compatible means and corroborating methodologies to ensure that the adherence to standards is achieved, is sensitive to all concerned, enhances the communication of information, quickly resolves issues, and results in a win for both parties.
